Picking A Render Finish

Making decisions when it comes to renovations and new builds can often at times become overwhelming. Rendering is often perceived as one overall finish when the reality is far beyond that. People are unaware of the limitless possibilities when it comes to rendering (you can read more on that here). Whilst it’s definitely getting better thanks to TV shows such as The Block and social media (Instagram and Pinterest), the knowledge about our trade is still little.

When we started JM & MJ Solid Plastering, we did it with a customer centric, quality not quantity approach. We knew that not only did we have to complete work to levels that exceeded clients expectations, but we had to educate clients about the different wall finishes available, and these blogs are just a snippet of that surface.

Our goal is to make what seems like an overwhelming decision as seamless as possible resulting in an informed decision. When meeting on site to quote Jordan McGrow will bring his abundance of knowledge and not too far away will be a sample pack.

Jordan will walk you through the different finishes, discuss with you your vision and purpose of the renovation or build and help you in the decision making process. You will learn about the varying products and warranties whilst discussing colours and textures.

Don’t just let us tell you though…
